Project Futures is an Australian registered charity that supports young women and girls affected by sexual abuse and exploitation. Our key impact partner is the AFESIP Centre in Cambodia. Funds we raise support prevention, rescue, care, and long-term empowerment for victims, survivors, and those at risk. Our close partnership, which has continued since 2008, allows the Centre to concentrate on delivering vital services while we contribute our skills, fundraising, and governance oversight to support the Centre in transforming lives.
Project Futures operates with a strong governance model guided by experienced voluntary board directors, ensuring accountable, strategic oversight. Since 2008, Project Futures has raised over $8 million, funds that have helped transform the lives of young women and girls—many of whom have completed higher education, including university degrees. Project Futures’ representation on the AFESIP board also strengthens its visibility on the finances and operations of the Centre and fosters close relationships with senior staff at the Centre.
